Returning your purchase
Dancing Zone gladly offers a full refund on orders within 14 days from receipt of goods. Sale items however are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund or voucher.
Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and folded neatly in the original packaging with the original tags.
Note – If any of the following is present, the return is subject for denial and will be sent back to you:
- Excessive wrinkling
- Detached tags
- Animal/human hair
- Deodorant marks
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage (make-up, stains, etc.)

Repeated returns
We are happy to provide multiple returns and exchanges. However, if a product has been exchanged and the costumer wishes to return the order a second time, this time we do not issue free shipping labels. In such case, the shipping label fee for the shipping label sent to you will be deducted from your refund.
