Back to Dance – What to pack in your dance bag

It’s almost time to get back to class… Do you have everything you need to start the new dance year?

It´s super important to own a dance bag, whether you’re taking one class per week or dancing every day, you are 7 or 15 years old. It´s a good habit to prepare your dance bag and have it ready the night before. A little trick which will make your life much easier!
Just imagine… no more being late, bare foot dancing, stretching in skinny jeans, just because you have everything already packed. #ProblemSolved

Below you can read the essential list of things, that we believe, should always be in your dance bag to be well prepared and ready to enjoy the class. Dancing, no matter the style, requires responsibility, so make sure that your dance bag contains exactly what you need to be safe and comfortable.

Essential List:

  1. Dance Shoes
  2. Dance Attire
  3. Hair Accessories
  4. Warm-up Clothing/Accessories (if needed)
  5. Water bottle (better if reusable)

But, of course, different styles of dance have various needs. This is why we have created separate checklists (click on each to view) for Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Step dancers.

Now is time to pack your bag! Make sure that you start to prepare your bag ahead of time, and send a message to your dance teacher if you are not sure of which uniform you need for the new year.
